If this medication cocktail at these doses have helped to stabilize you in the short term, you may want to consider ways to lower the doses and maybe eliminate or replace one of these medications in the long term. I believe you can do this through experimenting with supplements, proper exercise, proper nutrition(a paleo/primal like diet), and slow methodical weaning. One of your medications or the combined cocktail may or may not be responsible for your eyelid twitch. I do know that stress on the body and mind and lack of proper sleep can cause prolonged eyelid twitching. I've experienced it for long periods of time while on and off medications. When I was 24 and lived in Vail, Colorado for a few months, I had an eye twitch for two weeks straight. Interestingly, this is when I had stopped drinking because I came down with a horrible case of strep throat. When I started drinking almost every night again, the twitching went away.
