Euphoria from naltrexone ???

convinced my doc to let me try Naltrexone for internet addiction. (he said, eh, probably won't do anything, but why not?)
So, I've been taking it about a week. 50mg in the morning.
I had a glass of beer with dinner last night. WHAM - massive euphoria.
Now that I'm thinking about it, I've been pretty "up" all week.
Should I worry?
