EMSAM --) Nardil switch

My mom's doctor is switching her from EMSAM to Nardil. She is currently on 9 mg EMSAM, which will be further decreased to 6 mg tomorrow(Tuesday). She will also be starting Nardil tomorrow. Does this sound safe?
Complaints: post-SSRI problems: anhedonia, memory and concentration problems, sexual anhedonia. )
Country:USA
Currently taking 2.5 mg prozac, Multi B vitamin
