Emsam MAOI neck and upper back pain

Has anyone been on Emsam or another MAOI and experienced increased pain issues? I have always had upper back and neck pain but it has increased so much lately. I have been on Emsam for about 5 months (I am estimating). I hope it is either unrelated or temporary because I do like the Emsam for my depression.
