I'd say it was the nortrip and/or Pristiq you took before you started the Adderall. I've had the experience of certain drugs taken before drastically altering the effect of meds taken after. Took me a while to figure out what I actually did and what worked because it seems so illogical but the truth is nobody knows how these drugs work. It's possible the nortrip and/or Pristiq you took before somehow primed your brain receptors for the Adderall to have a positive response. What you can try is to stop taking the Adderall (not too suddenly though) and then go back on the nortip/pristiq for two weeks, then restart the Adderall and see if you can recapture the response. If you're doing well on the Adderall after I'd say stay on it, and don't start anything else. Just a theory of course, but it's worth a shot.
