The mechanism of Viibryd is supposed to be serotonin reuptake inhibition and 5-ht1a partial agonism. That is the same effect you would get from mixing any SSRI with Buspar (a 5-ht1a partial agonist). So, I don't think Viibryd will do anything revolutionary.
