Insomnia from ldn is usually short-lived if you get any at all. I used ambien with it when needed at first. Vivid dreams for awhile, nothing bad, just strange and vivid. After a few months, I began experiencing the most wonderful peaceful sleep with ldn, the dreams will stop after awhile.
