The pupil dilation, medical term mydriasis, is due to the anticholinergic side-effects in the first place, but also a possible serotonergic side-effect. I think it could get better over time. I'm on Anafranil myself and sunlight can be very harsh for my eyes...


Current meds: clomipramine 225mg, fluvoxamine (Luvox) 50mg, dexamphetamine 5-10mg, bethanechol 20-60mg. As needed/wanted: oxazepam 5-20mg.
