i actually have a coworker/friend who has been gone on medical leave and has come back. he has a very flat affect. he tries to laugh but just doesnt. i want to approach him to share and let him know he can talk to me, but i dont want to be barking up the wrong tree.
do other medications (other than mood altering meds) cause a flat affect?
are there classes (mood stabilizer, AP, AD, TCA etc) that more likely cause flat affect?
