Well your suggestion so far was a brilliant idea.
This is only the second day taking the magnesium
and already I feel a difference. The buzz rate of my tinnitus has slowed and is much quieter today.
No leg cramps at all (not sure if that's a result, but it's nice). I feel much calmer and plan on continuing for a few days and then attempt to reduce the lorazepam to see what happens. Just by the way I feel i do believe the magnesium has made a big difference. Kind of shocked at how fast but hey I'm not complaining at all. I'll keep your other suggestion in mind. right now however it's all really good. Thank you very much.
