Do Neurontin Lyrica and all these med works fast?

does anybody Know if meds like Neurontin , Lyrica , Epival , have a fast effect on people mood? I mean , like benzos that they start working after a couple of hours you take them , instead of other meds like SSRIS , Tryciclys etc , that you have to wait many days to start feeling a clear change in your mood...
By the way , do you know if there have to be a washout period between neorontin and lyrica?
