Most weight neutral ssri/mood stabilizer?

Lost about 90 lbs. recently and need to up meds again. Looking for the most weight neutral options. Currently taking Lamotrigine 200mg, sweating ALOT. Any ideas? Input greatly appreciated. Thank you.
