I am currently going back on Nardil in febuary. It doesnt matter if u take it on a full stomach or empty one.Ya I can relate to some of those side effects. The whole stay up all night thing is kinda rough. Like you try to fall asleep but your minds racing at a mile a minute. Try not to dwell into your thoughts at night and rather just become an observer of them going in and out of your mind and you will find it easier to sleep. The insomnia goes away after a couple months of being on the same dosage. Ur right the food cravings are vicious on this drug. My best bet for u is to just eat a lot of portions through out the day. Therefore ur always keep food in ur stomach and the cravings arent that strong. Hope this helps.
