Know what you mean as took being normal for granted til menopause and thyroid failure. Then first ad one after another now lexapro 5mg with 50luvox and xanax lmg and 5mg valium for sleep. Same thing happens to me get sleepy then wake up and stay up late. Will try this for awhile and not think of it. Too much info here also so may stick to no mental health forums for a while. Phillipa
