Then your brother is a jerk. How upsetting. To not take this seriously. My pressure was a little high, probably because I was panicky. Not so high to be a hypertensive crisis -- 146/84 I think. As soon as they took my BP, I got up to leave. But we have to make a chart for you!! No, I just wanted my BP taken. Since then, my friend lent me a BP cuff, but for a few days I was obsessing about my BP -- too high, I might have a stroke, etc. That's the problem with BP cuffs. My PB was all over the place. From 97/60 to 154/95. Averaging about 125/70. A little on the high side, but nothing to worry about.
