Your experience is not fact - YMMV, as always. I have been on Nardil for over a year now and still have those side effects. And I would say that 90+ % of Nardil users cannot manage their weight. I have reduced my calorific intake greatly and exercise regularly and have still put on 30 lbs. From what I've read +30lbs is a relatively low increase in weight too. I spoke to my PDoc about the weight increase and he said that Nardil changes your metabolism. And not just slow it down either, it somehow changes it which makes weight gain very difficult to avoid.
As for low-dose Nardil, I have not tried it myself and so can't comment. Thinking about it though, if it did work at lower doses, surely that would have been discovered by now, considering how old Nardil is and how many PDoc's are willing to tinker with it?
