Well, I would certainly stay away from Ambien.
How about Restoril (temazepam) ?
my pills-
Lamictal 150mg, Lexapro 5mg, Abilify 5mg, Klonopin 0.75mg, Desyrel 25mg, fish oil, b complex, vitamin d
