So you think its not best to tell? They're not psychic lol I gues if you trully believe it has no impact on your mental health then thats fine.
In my case, it gives my doc insight to how im behaving. V important IMO. And his. And he is a believer that in most (non-psychotic) cases cannabis has less impct than is normally thought. Hes more concerned about my alcohol use.
