Dude, I think the largest problem is that you are taking so many medications that your body just cannot handle it all. Obviously I am not a doctor but if I was you, I would stop all the medications that are not required to keep you alive. I have taken several of those medications and if I was to take them all at the same time, my body would be totally screwed up.
If you are at suicide risk, keep taking the anti-depressants.
