lithium dosage

hello fine people

i take a low dose {300mg} of lithium to help with my dep and anxiety i am on 750 mg of seroquel xr.what would be a good theraputic blood level for the lithium or should we take a higher dose of the lithium . right now i still get low moods and anxiety
