My doctor made a medical error with someone Clozap

Hi, my doctor made a medical error he gave Clozapine and some try cyclic anti depressant,

he complained for months that friend, and now at a normal hospital they took them off because of a hyper stumach or something.

its the same doctor who gave me Paxil on a manic psychosis that i suffer from....

I think psychiatry is in big trouble
