Thank you for the reply, I agree with you that will certainly help, but I'm wondering on a short-term solution, or maybe long-term even if I manage to cure my addiction, of anxiety which might even help with cravings. I've looked up DRI's that look interesting as low dopamine levels are linked to addictions and cravings. What do you think?
