I'm getting upset again thinking that there is no help in Ottawa for people with BPD. Why isn't there any help for us? I think I read that more people have BPD than schizophrenia or bipolar disorder combined. Why isn't there any help for us? Why? Doesn't anyone care about us?
I went searching for psychologist who see people with BPD. I found nothing! They specialize in anxiety or depression and lots of other issues, but no one specializes in BPD.
I even went to the Canadian Mental Health Website to find some information about where to get help for people with BPD and again I found nothing!
No one cares about people with BPD.
I found two places that help family members of those with BPD, but nothing for people with BPD themselves.
Why? I'm getting upset again.
