What happened with the Milnacipran?I don't know if the sertraline would counter any anxiety effects from bupropion start-up. It often has its own initial anxiety or restlessness associated with initial dosing. Maybe if you were already established on a dose of sertraline? Or maybe a benzo might help during the initial phase?
