Meds that Cross Blood Brain Barrier Don't See AD'S

Posted by Phillipa on October 27, 2010, at 23:49:32

I see caffeine, alchohol, and lymes, MS, tumors, HIV and some others cross blood brain barrier and anti seizure meds which would mean klonopin and long acting benzos right or wrong? So would that mean that only antiseizure med and some antibiotics cross over if so how does an antidepressant get into the brain? Phillipa
