I know I sound like a broken record on this board but you need to taper slowly.
With antidepressants, I recommend tapering at 10% of current dose every 4-6 weeks. With Lyrica, you might have to go more slowly.
I hear you groaning, that is too long of a time frame. Well, you're not saving time if you go faster and end up having to reinstate due to withdrawal symptoms.
Also, you have to think about quality of life.
Personally, I would not use drugs to taper off because then you have to taper off of the drug you used to get off of Lyrica. Also, there is no guarantee that you wouldn't have side effects with the drug you used to get off of Lyrica.
