It would seem possible because it is happening to you. Idiosyncratic "paradoxical" reactions are not an uncommon phenomenon when treating depression. Stimulants can put some people to sleep. Seroquel can wake some people up (usually at higher dosages)

If you are unconvinced, you might elect to rechallenge your CNS with coffee to see if dysphoria recurs. It could be caffeine that is the culprit.
