Brand name Serzone is no longer available here in the States either, but they still make its generic, Nefazodone. I just called it Serzone because it's shorter to type.
Unfortunatley, the good feeling I had from it only happened on the first day. I'm still on Remeron and Wellbutrin though. Not sure how much good they are doing me. Maybe some, but definitely nothing close to what would be called remission. Wish I had a success story to relate, but it seems the struggle continues.
