What you describe is potentially serious. Doctor? Definitely. Emergency room, I would consider that if it were me. I mean, it could be one of the drugs you are taking or it could be a cancer in the digestive system.
If you do a google search on things like "herbs soothe stomach", "herbs nausea", and such, you'll get some good ideas on OTC plants that work. Among them I can personally attest to I am thinking Ginger Root, Marshmallow Root, Grapefruit Seed Extract, White Willow Bark, and Aloe Vera. Ginger tea would be my first line.
Those are to help with symptoms. You need to have a doctor thoroughly check for known causes, such as cancer or side effects, and take appropriate tests and actions. If the doctor blows it off as transient or no big deal, run, don't walk, to a different doctor.
I say it a lot here, that gut issues are a huge part of the depression spectrum. Things like daily high potency refrigerated probiotics, grapefruit seed extract, and non-deoderized fresh garlic or garlic pills should be daily routines to suppress, eliminate, and prevent a host of microbial pathogens that cause illnesses of all kinds, most of them residing in the gut, but spreading throughout the body presents as depression, pain, and fatigue.
