I've been on Nardil for sometime now so most of the side effects have diminished even insomnia, which is a good thing. But when I take Klonopin for panic attacks (nardil doesnt help with the panic attacks, just for the SP for me), even at .5 of klonopin 3 hours later I get incredibly tired, where I can't even keep my eyes open in class.

I take Xanax, which is not as sedating as many other benzos. It is good for severe anxiety and panic. Valium was horribly sedating and depressing to me. I have read that some people are more depressed on Klonopin than on Xanax. One thing you might keep in mind, xanax has a short half-life, but I only take it at 7:30am and then not again until around 9pm, so everyone's different. Good luck.
