maybe add onto the zyprexa?

I'm no expert, but it doesn't seem like there's enough data on saphris yet to recommend switching over, especially if you're doing reasonably OK on your current treatment w/o too many side effects.
How much zyprexa do you take? Do you take any meds with it for control of your problems? Have you tried talk therapy, self-help, or supplements?
