Where do you live? Perhaps you could put yourself on a wait list for several pdocs and see who calls you first. Also, you can call for an appt. and request that they call you if they have any cancellations.

There is no secret to finding a good pdoc. It's hit and miss.

Just out of curiosity, what would consider to be a good pdoc? What are you looking for in a pdoc?
