Why such a high dose of Lamictal? Is it possible you're "over-stabilized"?
Can you replace the Celexa with Lexapro? It has a better effect on me, although Celexa + Wellbutrin was pretty good at keeping me steady, Lexapro + Wellbutrin boosts me up to a better place.
Also, do you or are you able to get talk therapy? When we have spent a long time in depression, our brains have been overstuffed in some areas and underfed in others. So our personalities / perspectives can become a bit warped. At least that's true for me. Talk therapy, when I can get it, really gives me a refresher in how to be happier.
