Good luck getting off Seroquel, I'm sure you can do it. I still think you should try a very small dose of Zyprexa instead, if no natural alternatives help. If it ends up that Seroquel is the only thing that helps you sleep, Zyprexa may be the only alternative. You can do things to prevent the weight gain. And if you do gain weight initially, the effect should wear off and you should be able to lose most of it eventually.
