I've read studies on this. On start-up, your definately going to notice more activation with Parnate. However, by weeks 8-12, there is suppose to be little or no difference in efficacy with social anxiety. You may need to add a low dose of benzo for the transition though. Last time I read Parnate was 60/40 MAO-B MAO-A and Nardil was 55/45 MAO-A MAO-B. MAO-A working mostly on SE and NE while MAO-B only Dopamine and other 'feel good' chemicals.
