Well, I can tell you that a full professor at Harvard Medical School told me that Ensam is all hype and rarely works in his experience. To get full anti-depressant effect, use an irreversible, non-selective MAOI like parnate or nardil..
For that matter, if you're going to be cutting patches and increainsg doses, why not just take the (much cheaper) oral selegeline. Once you get past 6mg on Ensam, you have to follow the dietary restrictions anyway, so the benefit of Ensam over oral selegiline is lost.
