Respirdal and Zyprexa

I need to get on some medication that makes thoughts not that bad to deal with. I'm not schizophrenic but i have alot of frantic thoughts that need to be tuned out.

How should I ask my doctor about respirdal and zyprexa?

I just know respirdal is good for racing thoughts.
