adding back nortriptyline

Hi, we lowered the amitriptyline and added some nortriptyline.
My current combo is
nortriptyline 10mg
amitriptyline 10mg
escitalopram 5mg
methylphenidate 30mg
I'm hoping to eliminate the amitriptyline, increase the nortriptyline, and perhaps reduce the methylphenidate.
Ideally I'd like to try just escitalopram and nortriptyline with perhaps a little methylphenidate. 4 drugs goes against my principles, but its hopefully just a transition.
