Calling all Seroquel Users

What were your experiences when you first started taking this drug? For me, it just makes me drowsy, not really clear headed which is what i'm prescribed for. It's only been two days, but I'm wondering when I'm going to see results. This is supposed to make me my head clear and I just don't know when thats going to happen because these intial side effects are intense. I just want to know, are they worth it?
