As you know, that is extremely unlikely. Do you have a family history of cardiomyopathy? Still, I think you should see your GP because you're obviously very worried about it. Your GP will be able to examine you and reassure you that there are no signs of heart failure.
I expect that your low BP is due to the fluoxetine potentiating the hypotensive effect of risperidone by increasing risperidone blood levels. Alpha-1 antagonists such as risperidone can certainly reduce BP when sitting or lying down as well as when standing - it's not just a case of orthostatic hypotension, although orthostasis does tend to be more prominent.
