I took ambien for many years and worked hard to stay in bed with my book once i medicated myself
the lack of inhibition is too extreme

i did, sometimes, take a half dose when i was in a state of rage and it would take the edge off but give me a headache laer on

i wish i understood why ambien is the only med to do this for me
