Help with Geodon withdrawal nausea

I just did a dosage drop in Geodon from 60mg to 40mg. I started having nausea. I don't want to vomit, but it's terrible. Is there anything that helps with withdrawal symptoms like nausea? I've tried Phenergen and Zofran, but they don't seem to even touch it.
