6 weeks at 60mg is a pretty good trial. You know that you can go up to 80mg. I think 60mg is a pretty hefty dose, though. Have you ever tried adding lithium 300-600mg?

I'm still washing out from Marplan and getting ready to go on Nardil. I will probably arrive at:
Nardil 90mg
nortriptyline 150mg
Lamictal 100mg
Abilify 10mg
lithium 300mg
