New Pdoc / New Regimen

Started today on new combo designed to treat TRD/ MDD. It consists of Tramadol 3 x day, and dexedrine once in the morning. I don't want to jinx myself but I haven't felt this good in a long time. Not all the way there of course, but its a promising start.
I believe this combo will also control the nasty headaches I periodically suffer from.
No depression/ no pain. Is that greedy?

Btw- not looking forward to the Pristiq withdrawal I start tomorrow. Sympathy please.
