IMHO, Geodon and klonopin are waaay worse for you than a low dose of Lithium. 300 mg is a very low dose. Lithium has neuroprotective and antiviral and antimicrobial properties. I tried and failed Concerta (caused acidy bladder - ouch). Focalin wore off too quickly and caused some emotional issues (crying easily). Although I may discuss Focalin XR with my doc and see if that may be less aggravating than Adderall.
Today I took only 5mg of Adderall and that seems to be better than the 10mg.
