lithium carbonate vs. citrate-- different enough?

Posted by inanimate peanut on June 26, 2010, at 16:21:31

Don't worry, I'm just brainstorming-- not trying everything at once. Once I stop a drug, it won't work if I go back on it. But, my body viewed celexa and lexapro as different drugs and also seroquel and seroquel xr as different drugs. Do you think that lithium carbonate and citrate are different drugs that even though the carbonate doesn't work anymore that I should give the citrate a run and it might? How different are the two drugs?
