Hi Joseph,

Using memantine for OCD is still experimental - evidence of efficacy is limited at the moment. As far as I am aware, there have been no double-blind randomised controlled trials. Evidence so far is based on case reports and a small number of relatively poor quality studies. There is some evidence to suggest that memantine has activity in OCD but not in GAD.
