What's a good med to be combined with paxil

besides wellbutrin and lamictal because I've already tried those two. Are all of the TCA's out?

Have taken paxil for 13 years. Is no longer working. My own diagnosis is depression. Have tried Lamictal, Wellbutrin and Now Zoloft all with the 10mg. paxil.
