I am so sorry to hear this. I have very similar story with Seroquel, only in addition to rolling my tongue against my left lower teeth, my left arm like to do its own thing every now and then. That's why I hate antipsychotics, and the casual way they are prescribed for depression.
> About 2 weeks ago I switched out 40mg of Geodon for Serdolect, a European antipsychotic. Two days later my tongue started to feel funny. It doesn't making any abnormal movements, but it almost feels swollen without looking like it. Sometimes it feels like my tongue muscles are flexing, but the tongue doesn't move. It doesn't make lip smacking, licking or puckering.

> I decided to switch back to Geodon a week ago because of this and a couple other reasons, but my tongue still feels weird. First of all, what's going on? Second, is this happening because of Geodon withdrawal or because of the Serdolect.? Thirdly, will this go away? If so, how long will it take? It's really freaking me out because I'm worried I have dystonia or dyskinesia. Serdolect has a half-life of 3 days
