Hummmm. I looks like you want to be free from at least the effects of withdrawal in relation to insomnia while you are wanting to withdrawal completly from the drug. If that is so, and you have been trying to taper for a year, let us reason together.
It would be nice if one could withdrawal from K and have no effects while doing so. There is this plan and that plan that sound sweet in theory, but could be sour in practice.
Now there is a way that I know of that you could be free from the drug. It will tyake judgment, maturity and brains to come of this powerful chemical. But be of good cheer, there will be a helper in the way that I know of to see you to a new life, free from drugs and have a new mind to sing a new song.
I can not post that way here, but you could find it if you seek it.
